Technology Leader – Product Development (with AI/ML Expertise)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Leader specializing in product
development with a strong background in software development and hands-on experience in
AI/ML technologies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive the end-to-end
product development lifecycle, ensuring innovative, data-driven solutions are delivered
efficiently and effectively. This role will require a balance of technical expertise, strategic vision,
and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development Leadership:
- Lead and oversee the full product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept to
design, development, and market launch.
- Collaborate with product management to translate customer needs and market trends into
innovative, scalable product solutions.
- Ensure product roadmaps are aligned with company objectives, customer requirements, and
emerging technology trends, particularly in AI/ML.
- Drive product innovation by leveraging data analytics, AI, and machine learning models to
create user-centric, intelligent features.
2. AI/ML Integration & Strategy:
- Lead the integration of AI and machine learning capabilities into product offerings to
enhance functionality and deliver data-driven insights.
- Stay current on AI/ML advancements and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities
to incorporate them into product strategies.
- Collaborate with data science teams to develop and implement predictive models,
recommendation systems, and AI-powered features that drive value for customers.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and product teams to ensure seamless
execution of product development projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize development efforts and optimize the balance
between technical innovation and business needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with executive leadership to communicate progress,
challenges, and alignment with broader company goals.
4. Technology Strategy & Innovation:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company’s growth
objectives, with a focus on creating AI/ML-enhanced products.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation, rapid prototyping, and the
adoption of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee architectural decisions that support scalability, flexibility, and the integration of
AI/ML across product lines.
5. Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing product development and engineering teams,
fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Provide technical guidance, leadership, and career development opportunities for team
members, enabling them to contribute effectively to product success.
- Cultivate an inclusive and creative work environment where team members feel empowered
to take ownership of product outcomes.
6. Product Launch & Market Success:
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of products, balancing technical excellence with speed
to market.
- Lead go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams,
ensuring products are positioned to meet customer expectations and business goals.
- Measure and track product performance using data analytics, customer feedback, and
market trends, continuously refining products post-launch.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product development, with a proven track record of delivering
successful software products.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, with hands-on experience in integrating machine
learning models into products.
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, from concept to market launch.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive innovative
solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern software development methodologies, including agile
and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and data-driven product
development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to
influence across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in leading AI/ML-driven product initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Knowledge of data analytics platforms and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or
similar.
