As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur Division, Maharashtra, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Tele-caller in a similar role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>1 to 3 years of experience as a Tele-caller or in a similar role</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities</li><li>Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills</li><li>Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our services</li><li>Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team</li><li>Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads</li><li>Provide information about our services and answer client queries</li><li>Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
