About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our D2C sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our direct-to-consumer sales channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about products, prices, and payment terms.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs, preferences, and purchasing trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer service role, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
