<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>-Lead and manage the entire Sales for the given location. Strategies, Support and help execute distribution & BTL Activities </p><p>-Strategies Plan and Execute the distributor and Retailer network for the region and improve primary and secondary sales. Develop newer markets in the region</p><p>-Set and Exceed Targets for the region and team. Drive and Develop innovative schemes for the Distributors and Retailers.</p><p>-Leading Sales and Marketing of products in the assigned territory within the budgeted cost (link removed) maintaining financial hygiene across the territory.</p><p>-Provide inputs to the Functional leadership teams on product, packaging & pricing decisions.</p><p>-Maintains relationships with clients by providing support.</p><p>-Store visit, outlet visit And New store identification.</p>
