Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control the yarn dyeing process to ensure optimal performance and adherence to specifications. Adjust parameters and troubleshoot issues to maintain consistency in color, shade, and quality. Conduct regular inspections and tests on dyed yarn to ensure it meets quality standards. Implement corrective actions for any deviations from the quality specifications. Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure that dyeing equipment is maintained and calibrated according to the guidelines. Maintain accurate records of dyeing processes, including dye recipes, process parameters, and quality control results. Prepare and present reports on process performance, quality issues, and improvement initiatives.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.
