Our client a Global Investment is hiring for a Total Rewards leader for their India team with strong experience in Compensation and Benefits to be based out of Mumbai location.


Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global standards and business goals.
  • Lead competitive compensation design, covering base pay, variable pay, and equity plans.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to assess package competitiveness.
  • Customize global policies for the Indian market and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
  • Lead annual compensation reviews and bonus processes with fairness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Legal, and HR for program alignment and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on market trends to drive continuous improvement in compensation and benefits.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting business growth and talent retention through expertise in compensation and benefits.


To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • 12-15 years of demonstrable experience in compensation & benefits, including annual salary reviews, market benchmarking, developing reward policies, employee benefits, and international assignments.
  • Experience in a global organization, with the ability to liaise across different locations, is preferred.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical skills, experienced in handling large data volumes and developing effective solutions.
