This role shall be based out of Kia India, Head Office (Gurugram) and will be part of HR Strategy.

Experience:

9-11 Years (Min. 5 years in Compensation & Benefits profile) Qualification: MBA/ PGDM in Human Resource

Roles & Responsibilities (Individual Contributor Role) Total Rewards Strategy:

Develop and implement a holistic total rewards strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, and other rewards elements. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our total rewards programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. Compensation and Benefits Design:

Collaborate with HR partners and external consultants to design and optimize compensation and benefits programs. Evaluate job roles, conduct salary surveys, and make recommendations for salary ranges, incentives, and benefits offerings. Recognition Programs:

Design and implement employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and engagement. Develop creative and meaningful recognition initiatives that reinforce our values and recognize employee contributions at all levels. Policies and Procedures:

Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to total rewards, rewards, and recognition. Communication:

Effectively communicate total rewards and recognition programs to employees. Develop training materials and conduct sessions to increase awareness Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the field and recommend enhancements to our programs accordingly.

Required Skillset Experience in HR roles with a focus on total rewards, compensation, benefits, or rewards Deep understanding of compensation principles, benefits, and recognition best practices Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations Experience in consulting background is preferred
