Travel Sales Consultant (Hotel Onboarding Specialist) , you will be responsible for onboarding hotel partners/OTA into our chatbot platform, ensuring smooth integration and maximizing the value of our AI technology for hotel clients. Your expertise in the hospitality industry will be essential in building strong relationships with hotel partners and promoting the use of our AI-powered solutions to improve their guest services. Key Responsibilities : Lead the onboarding process for new hotel partners/OTA / travel Agency , ensuring they understand and seamlessly integrate with our chatbot platform. Collaborate with hotel teams to optimize their use of our technology, enhancing guest experiences through efficient, automated customer service. Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions from contract negotiation to system implementation. Identify potential hotel partners and promote the benefits of our AI chatbot technology, driving hotel engagement and sales growth. Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, acting as the primary point of contact for all onboarding and system-related needs. Offer training and support to hotel/OTA

staff to ensure successful adoption of our chatbot solutions. Stay updated on travel industry trends, hotel technologies, and competitor offerings to improve sales strategies and service offerings. Meet or exceed sales targets by fostering strong relationships and driving the adoption of chatbot technology across a diverse portfolio of hotel partners. Requirements : Proven experience in the hotel industry (sales, operations, or management roles preferred), with a focus on hotel technology or guest services. Previous experience in onboarding hotels to digital platforms or tech solutions (experience with chatbots or AI-based tools is a plus). Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical hotel staff. Knowledge of hotel operations, booking systems, and guest service protocols. Tech-savvy with an understanding of AI solutions, automation, and travel technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, and manage multiple hotel accounts simultaneously.
