Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our Client. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing user-centric interfaces and experiences, with a strong understanding of both the fintech and e-commerce landscapes. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research:
  Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use this data to inform design decisions and strategies.
• Wireframing & Prototyping:
  Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
• UI Design:
  Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand and design guidelines. Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure designs are feasible and meet business objectives.
• Usability Testing:
  Plan and conduct usability testing sessions. Analyze results and make data-driven recommendations for design improvements.
• Design Systems:
  Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Trends & Innovation:
  Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Apply industry best practices and innovative approaches to enhance user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in fintech or e-commerce environments.
• Skills:
  Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools (e.G., InVision, Marvel) and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Knowledge:
  Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Familiarity with fintech or e-commerce trends and challenges is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills:
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
