Job Description:


The incumbent will act as:

  • A Brand Ambassador at Campus Events creating a positive end to end experience for candidates. Enable business growth through talent landscaping and creating branding initiatives for campus hiring space for eminence and collaborating with business leaders to ensure alignment of business strategy and broader talent vision.
  • Drive initiative online & offline to ensure Newgen is perceived as employer of choice.


Job Responsibilities


❑ Gather intelligence on competitive landscape on campus and develop strategies to position Newgen as the employer of choice for the top tech/management graduates.

❑ Work on MOUs & engagement with preferred colleges

❑ Plan and execute branding events on campus, such as orientations, open houses and special events

❑ Develop and manage content for company’s digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email newsletters.

❑ Responsible for driving University Engagement with top Engineering & B-Schools in India including marketing the firm to selected universities.

❑ Responsible for fostering and managing relationships with top Engineering & B-Schools to attract and engage top talent.

❑ Represent the brand at campus events and activities to enhance visibility and engagement.

❑ Strong network of university relationships across a diverse stakeholder audience including professors & student groups.

❑ Develop, implement and execute on-campus events that include Info Session, tech talks, executive & faculty visits, hackathon and events with student organizations.

❑ Present data and share insights, outcomes, current state on talentlandscape

❑ Leverage the use of social media / other platforms to connect with millennial.

❑ Constantly examine data and analyze trends and translate them into next steps to meet the desired outcomes.

❑ Work with local stakeholders to design and implement a plan of engagement &branding which includes creating posters, brochures, etc.

❑ Work on internal data / metrics to manage reporting to key stakeholders.


Desired Profile:


  • The incumbent must be MBA from a reputed institute, with minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant industry experience in similar role.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational, execution and time management skills;
    attention to detail
  • Relationship management skills:
    ability to interact with all levels ofemployees
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonalskills
  • Excellent team skills and ability to manage stressful situations
  • Travel Required
