We are a young, independent platform producing compelling journalism in new formats.Job Description:Client ServicingCollaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring client needs are met.Build and maintain Strong, Long-lasting client relationships.Communicate the client’s requirements successfully to the content team to bring out the best content.Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations, if needed.Ensure timely and successful delivery of ideas, scripts & videos according to client needs and objectives.Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions & reports to optimise results.Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, technical) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client expectations.Mapping the ecosystem for Brut competition and potential clients to provide out of the box ideas to drive conversations for the relevant audience cohort.Championing new business pitch for Brut on the back of robust strategy and data to support our offerings.StrategyYou will be expected to understand India’s Digital ecosystem, stay abreast with industry trends and innovations along with establishing and demonstrating an understanding of Brut’s ad solutions and capabilities Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI. Also, track and report on budget spend and campaign financial performance.Strategizing QoQ revenue targets. It could be a moving revenue target and could thus lead to a defined sales target and strategy where the brand strategist will work closely with the Sales team to focus on categories which are driving actual sales vs non performing ones and focus on those to cover deficit revenue.Deep analysis of past data to prepare case studies including insights from brand research, business KPIs, media deliveries etc. for effective sales presentations and onboard clientsQualifications, Experience and Skills required:MBA Degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant experienceSound understanding of client servicing, sales planning and strategyData drivenOutstanding communication skills
