Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to clients and staffing partners, securing new contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants. This role requires a deep understanding of the US IT staffing market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities: Bench Marketing: Effectively market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and US citizens) to clients and staffing partners. Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with new clients and staffing partners to generate business opportunities. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of client contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies. Candidate Placement: Match bench consultants to suitable job requirements and facilitate the placement process. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and staffing partners to ensure long-term business partnerships. Market Analysis: Stay updated with current market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to provide effective sales solutions. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, consultant placements, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the skills and experience of bench consultants and develop targeted marketing strategies.
