User Interface Design Manager

Job Title:
Design Interface Manager for OSAT / FAB Facility Construction

Overview:

The Design Interface Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing the interface between design teams, stakeholders, and contractors throughout the construction lifecycle of a semiconductor OSAT / FAB Facility.

The Candidate shall have 15-20 years’ experience designing, coordinating and operationalizing OSAT / FAB facilities for semiconductor manufacturers. A thorough knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process flow is mandatory.

Knowledge of MEP and Clean Room requirements and protocols, industry standards for OSAT / FAB semiconductor manufacturing facility are highly desirable. Exposure to BIM will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the integration of various design disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) to optimize space utilization, functionality, and operational efficiency of the OSAT factory.
• Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams to address design challenges and streamline decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain design interface management plans, schedules, and workflows.
• Address stakeholder concerns, feedback, and requests without compromising budgetary and schedule objectives.
• Facilitate training, skills development, and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance team capabilities and expertise in design interface management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred.

Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.G., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools (e.G., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
