Role Overview: As the Vice President of Technology, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for steering the technological vision and execution across our products and services. You will leverage your deep expertise in GPU computing, cryptography, and distributed systems to architect and scale world-class solutions that meet the needs of our clients and fuel our company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the engineering team to deliver innovative technology solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of large-scale GPU computing systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Drive advancements in cryptographic technologies, including encryption algorithms, cryptographic protocols, and security frameworks, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems. Architect and optimize GPU architectures (NVIDIA, AMD, etc.) for real-time AI and parallel computing applications. Spearhead initiatives in high-performance computing (HPC), distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure to elevate our technology offerings. Develop and implement orchestration layers for GPU cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and high operational efficiency. Manage hybrid deployments, with deep expertise in Hypervisor technologies (QEMU, KVM, LXD, Virtfusion) and custom infrastructure solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technological innovation with business goals. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with a focus on software engineering, GPU computing, and related domains. At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with GPU computing, including CUDA, OpenCL, and GPU acceleration for large-scale applications. Proven expertise in cryptography, with an in-depth understanding of encryption algorithms and security protocols. Extensive experience with GPU architectures and their applications in AI and parallel computing environments. Strong knowledge of high-performance computing, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure. Proven track record of building and deploying orchestration layers for GPU cloud platforms. Mastery of hypervisor technologies (QEMU, KVM, LXD, Virtfusion) and their application in hybrid deployments. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of innovation.
