Analytics Team Lead

We are looking for an Analytics Manager who is curious about the web3 space and interested in being a core part of the 0 to 1 experience: This is a full-time role Having prior work experience in analytics is a must Minimum 3-4 years of experience required What you will do at Leap Understand basics of Web3 and Cosmos ecosystem to make sense of on transactions data and product features Running all analytics processes and giving access to relevant data to all internal teams - Product, Growth, Marketing, Strategy, BD Analyse transactions on Leap Wallet - user segmentation, volumes, leap market share Analyse on-chain data - user segmentation, smart contract interactions, frequency of usage, volumes, etc Product Analytics (Mixpanel) - user behaviour across our suite of products, engagement, cohort based retention Coordinate with Engineering team to implement additional analytics requirements for new features Marketing Analytics Investor Related Fundraise data requests Periodic (monthly) reporting for sending investor notes Scale the setup to run analytics processes across our full suite of products. Who you are You have worked in analytics roles prior to this You have experience leading a team of 3-4 analysts You are a self-starter who can own tasks end-to-end You are great at googling, using ChatGPT and surfing the internet to find answers without help from others Experience with the following tools: SQL, Excel, Python (making API calls, ETL using pandas, numpy), Any dashboard building tool (Metabase, etc) We use these internally so knowing them is a definite plus but not necessary Even better if you’ve used Dune Analytics or Flipside before Benefits Remote work & flexible work-hours that suit you Flexible time off Ability for you to influence what other perks you want to see be provided
