Job Description and other details for Wealth Manager Profile –


You will be appointed as a Wealth Manager.


You core responsibility will be to talk and meet to leads, explain them the product and convert them into business. You also need to solve their queries related to account opening, after sales service, etc. You need to meet a client once in 2 months to maintain healthy relationship.


Targets & Incentive Structure


Annual revenue Target is 2X of the annual salary withdrawal. (for example, your annual salary is 4 lakhs, then revenue target is 8 lakh).

Incentive will be applicable after revenue Target of 1X. (for example, your annual salary is 4 lakhs, then incentive will be calculated on the revenue above 4 lakh).

Incentive will be 20% one time on the revenue above 1X of annual salary. (for example, your revenue is 8 lakhs, then your incentive will be 80,000).

For incentive calculation revenues will be considered upfront. (for example, 50 Lakh fund @2%, then revenue will be considered as 1 lakh).

Revenue segments – PMS, Mutual funds and other products.

50 meetings to be done every month with minimum 25 meeting with new client. All the data should be punched mandatorily in the sales software on daily basis.

Minimum 1 PMS closure in first 3 months of joining.

If client closes account/withdraw fund before completion of 1 year than the revenue will be adjusted on the pro rata basis for that year and incentive will be debited/adjusted accordingly.

Incentives will be paid after the end of the financial year.

Targets and other things will be adjusted on the pro rata basis as on March of each year.

Top Up business from existing client will be counted as new fund only and is eligible for incentive.

Salary revision will be based on the performance of previous year.

KRA’s will be updated on quarterly basis/as and when required.
