Job responsibility
- Provide technical support over the phone to end customers and enterprise customers facing issues such as:
- WiFi connectivity problems
- Login issues
- WiFi connected but no internet access
- Slow internet connection
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network-related issues efficiently.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their technical problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Document and escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels as required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience:
1-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of WiFi networks, routers, and internet connectivity.
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols, IP addressing, and troubleshooting tools (e.G., ping, tracert).
- Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving:
Ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability:
Willingness to work in a shift window of 5 PM to 4 AM.
- Location:
This is an office-based role in Noida.

Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.G., Computer Science, IT) is preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant experience.
