Project Manager/Senior Project Manager LOCATION: New Delhi

Position Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of civil and interior construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on both civil engineering and interior design. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications and Experience : · Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. · Professional certification in construction management (e.g., PMP, CCM) is preferred. · Minimum of 5-6 years of experience with a focus on civil and interior projects in Hospitality Industry. · Should have 12+ years of experience in construction management. · Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion. · Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. · Excellent project management and organizational skills. · Effective communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to lead and motivate construction teams. · Proficiency in construction management software and tools. · Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. · Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Duties & Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: · Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. · Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. · Ensure all project stakeholders are informed and aligned on project goals and progress. Construction Oversight: · Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes. · Manage and lead construction teams, providing direction and support as needed. · Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Budget and Cost Management: · Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and projects are completed within financial constraints. · Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documents. · Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns. Quality Control: · Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship. · Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve any issues or deficiencies promptly. · Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required specifications and standards. Safety Management: · Develop and implement safety plans and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. · Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for construction teams. · Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations. Client and Stakeholder Communication: · Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status. · Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally. · Ensure client satisfaction with the finished project. Documentation and Reporting: · Maintain detailed project records, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. · Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients. · Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
