Job Description
Expertise in Workday HCM modules, HR systems, Data analysis and a deep understanding
of HR processes. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- At least one End-to-end experience with data conversion processes between Workday
and another ERP to implement Workday.
- Configure, assign and manage roles and permissions for Users across all Workday
modules. Maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including but not limited to:
Human
Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting and Security.
- Proficient in creating and updating integrations, configurations and loading data via the
appropriate system method (e.G. EIB)
- Understand Company business processes and apply global strategy toward change
management and product updates within Workday HCM
- Build and unit test prototypes and facilitate prototype reviews
- Experience into Workday Studio and Integration's adds value to the position .
- Define test scenarios and resolve defects.
- Supports the clarification of integration requirements and integration testing related to
supported Workday module.
- Identifies Workday process improvement opportunities.
- Build, test, and launch simple to complex Workday reports and dashboards, specific to
internal customer needs
- Perform security impact analysis due to change requests or Workday upgrades.
- Efficient in resolving BAU/support tickets by handling all Workday questions, issue
resolution and Workday account maintenance.
- Stay updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their
impact, and proposing relevant system enhancements.
- Keep up to date on Workday functionality and training.
- Support Security Compliance Audits.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years professional experience with Workday implementation and/or maintenance with
Focus on the Workday specific module, in a functional configuration/maintenance
management responsible role.
- Ability to work under deadlines, multi-task efficiently, and reprioritize tasks based on
business needs.
- Possesses a strong work ethic for working with and maintaining confidential information.
- Communication skills including the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and nontechnical
audiences and dealing successfully with stakeholders on all levels
- Master's Level Degree preferred Ability to work and deliver results globally across
geographies and effectively engage different people and teams
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in the performance.
- Ability to learn and assist new systems outside of Workday as role grows over time.
