With over 13 years of experience and a growing presence across Eastern India, we aim to deliver the best in education, helping students achieve their academic aspirations.Position: Zonal Sales Head Location: Patna and various districts of Bihar and Jharkhand Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales (EdTech Preferred)Roles & Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase enrolments and expand market share within your designated zone.Market Analysis & Growth: Analyse trends in the education sector, competitor activities, and feedback from parents and students to identify opportunities for growth.Target & Budget Management: Collaborate with senior management to set enrolment targets and manage the zone's sales budget effectively.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on increasing student enrolments and developing strong relationships with schools and other educational institutions.Field Engagement: Oversee direct sales efforts, including school visits, seminars, and workshops aimed at promoting Mentors Eduserv's programs.Performance Monitoring: Track sales data and performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that sales targets are met.Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement region-specific campaigns and BTL activities for lead generation.Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the management team, ensuring compliance with company policies and education regulations.Eligibility:Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or similar qualification is a plus.Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
